Introduction: the vessel is application for preparing or storage concentration or dilution solution in pharmacy factory. The vessel apply vertical double-layer structure, its interlayer filled with mineral wool insulation forkeeping warm, so it can be heatedwhen feed insteam or cooledwhen feed incool water, its inner surface was polished by electrical mirror technician Ra0.45, applied elliptical shape for top and bottom, so the inner is smooth without any blind point. all the parts touched liquid were made of SS316L, others include surface and frame were made of SS304.Complywith GMP requirements.Technique characteristic:Body are made of imported 316L ,with polishing to Ra 0.4 – 0.6 ;Heated by jacket or outer tube, composed of 304 U-steel, welded on tank outer surface;Stirring motor and reducer use Germany SEW or domestic device. Stirring rate is up to 45-70 times in a minute. And we designed anti-oil sealing unit can assure no leaking oil.Installed air respirator (0.22 um), temperature gauge, sterilizing steam inlet, manhole, connection port for loop, liquid level detector and automatic control system, spraying ball and safety valve, constant temperature control mode ,indicate liquid level and have function of alarm at upper/lower limit.optional equipped with nitrogen filling protection unit and PH meter.
